Order Processing

All orders are packed with care and normally processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons, product launches or festival periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Within New Zealand

Orders are sent from our base in Tasman, NZ.
Standard delivery times are typically:

  • Urban addresses: 1–4 business days

  • Rural addresses: +1–3 extra business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe & UK: 8–20 business days

  • Asia: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of world: timeframes vary

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and regional postal delays. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us — we’re happy to help lodge an investigation with the courier.

Please ensure your address details are correct.
Wild Fibres is not responsible for parcels returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Pre-Order Items

If you purchase pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are ready. If you prefer split shipping, please purchase pre-order products in a separate transaction.
