WILDFIBRES — RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Wild Fibres pieces. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, scent, or damage

Requesting a Return

To start a return, please email:

support@wildfibres.co.nz
Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or colour?
We’re happy to help, but please note:

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • The customer covers shipping costs for sending the item back and for the new item being shipped out.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Festival Purchases / Market Sales

Items purchased at physical markets or festivals may be returned only under our market return conditions, which may differ slightly depending on the event. Please contact us directly for support.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 working days, please check with your bank and then contact us — we’re happy to help.
